ARKO is a mobile side table designed for flexible use within the living space. Whether placed beside a sofa, used as a bedside table, or simply as an additional surface, it can easily be moved wherever it is needed.

The design originated from a simple everyday observation: small side tables are often moved around, yet usually need to be cleared first. ARKO addresses this with a central handle that allows the table to be lifted and moved with one hand, while books, glasses, and personal belongings can remain on the shelves.

The handle is more than just a functional detail. It also forms the main structural element of the furniture. Three bent metal tubes are connected tool-free through cast components. The load of the shelves is transferred directly into the central handle arch through metal pins, resulting in a lightweight yet stable construction made from only a few components.

The visual language emerges directly from this structural principle. The arches taper towards the top, giving ARKO its light, architectural silhouette while making the flow of forces visible within the design.

With ARKO, function, construction and form become one – no element is purely decorative; each serves a purpose.
